Refund and Returns Policy

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange

We understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as per our expectations. That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy for you. You can initiate a return or exchange before 23 hours from the date of delivery.

Easy Pick-up :

To make the return process as convenient as possible, we offer pick-up services. Simply contact us to schedule a pick-up, and our courier partner will come to your doorstep to collect the return package. Please note, a nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from your refund per order.

Fast Refunds :

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7 Working days of receiving the returned product. For COD orders, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be issued within 1-2 working days. Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

Conditions for Returns :

To be eligible for a return, the product must be same as delivered, unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that, Items only with a manufacturing defect in terms of torn material or stitch and size/fit issues will be eligible for return or exchange.
