Bank Account Details :

Please ensure that the bank account details provided for refunds are accurate. Any errors in the details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the brand.

 

Product Care :

While the product is in your possession, it’s your responsibility to take utmost care of it. This includes keeping all instructions, documents, and packaging intact until the return process is completed.

 

Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that doesn’t meet our standards or is damaged, please contact us before 23 hours after you receive the package, to initiate a return or an exchange. Please note that the colour shade may vary in the day/night light than the picture shown on the website, as the pictures are taken by professionals.

 

Refund Process :

Upon receiving the returned product, we’ll examine it and notify you of your refund eligibility via email from info@fabriqco.com. We aim to process refunds within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
